All he/she is doing is taking others' work and posting it to his deviant, calling it disgusting work. Not only that, he's gone as far as taking an actual photo of someone and titled it "Go kill yourself".
I have already taken the time to report him, myself, before making this. I figured asking for others to do the same would be a wise choice. I did suggest Flora and everyone on her journal to do the same, already. Flora never gave much details as her English isn't the best, so I investigated the person myself.
